10 years of INIZIA - from an idea to one of the leading developers

A decade ago, Dario Pfammatter and Mauro Strub laid the foundations for a company dedicated to visionary property development when they founded INIZIA. Their vision was clear from the outset: property development from a single source - from acquisition to architecture and project management through to sales.

This holistic approach has made INIZIA a leading name in the industry that stands for quality, innovation and sustainability. Today, after ten years, the company can proudly look back on numerous successfully realised projects and is celebrating a remarkable anniversary.

The common path of the founders

In the picturesque setting of Zermatt, surrounded by the majestic peaks and fresh mountain air, the founders found the inspiration to embark on a common path. The imposing Matterhorn, which proudly towers over the village, became a symbol of courage, vision and determination for them.

Like the mountain, which is known for both its beauty and its challenges, they saw both opportunities and obstacles to overcome in their journey. The unwavering presence of the Matterhorn reminded them that great goals require courage and perseverance.

In this historic place, they found not only the drive, but also the conviction that the moment had come to join forces. With an eye on the big picture and a firm belief in their collective strength, they set off - accompanied by the symbolic power of the Matterhorn, which from then on served as their guiding light.

  • Building application for the Herrliberg Grande project development - the largest project to date is taking shape 03.2024
