The INIZIA Group team can look back on a very successful year. We would like to express our sincere thanks to our customers, partners, authorities and tradespeople for their trust and dedicated cooperation.
In 2025, further high-quality residential buildings were completed – and many more are already in development. A particular highlight is our flagship project, Herrliberg Grande: an exclusive residential complex in Herrliberg that is unrivalled in its form. The project has been legally approved and sales are scheduled to start in spring 2026.
Another milestone is the successful acquisition of a building plot on Lake Zurich for the development of around 170 rental apartments.
We are well prepared for 2026 and are already looking forward to further exciting and beautiful projects.
